You compose your SuperCloud from building blocks. Every environment runs in Europe, is encrypted with your own key and gets a service level that fits your business. The plans below are examples.

Prefer to keep everything in-house? Then the complete SuperCloud runs locally on your own server: in your office or in your own data centre. The same tools, the same management environment.

Service levels

Every environment has one service level. It determines how fast we respond, which availability we commit to and what you get back if we miss it. You choose it when you sign up and can switch at any time.

  • P1 critical: the environment or a core function is unusable for everyone. P2 high: an important function does not work, there is a workaround or it affects some users. P3 normal: questions, requests and minor bugs.
  • Response times count in working hours, using Dutch time and public holidays. The clock stops while we are waiting for you.
  • We measure availability per month. Planned maintenance announced at least 5 working days in advance does not count.
  • Service credit is a discount on the monthly fee. Support hours are logged per quarter hour. All amounts exclude VAT and are provisional.

Price per building block

How the price is built up

  • You pay per user per month, plus the building blocks you choose: apps, storage, ERP and AI.
  • Every environment includes hosting in Frankfurt, encryption with your own key and backups in a second EU region.
  • Apps carry a fixed contribution to ongoing development of € 0, € 5 or € 15 per user. That keeps the tools maintained and secure.
  • AI credit is billed by usage. We review prices every six months and publish how they are built up.
